The Sienna recycled Kantha statement earrings are crafted from rescued and re-purposed Kantha fabric, by a women's self-help group in Delhi. The highly skilled artisans create these beautiful hanging earrings in gold-tone, dyed Kantha textile and gold thread. Each set is a little work of art with this blues and similar hues selected to pop out from the with the gold centre. The finished products are stunning drop earrings in gold coloured thread and sustainable rescued Kantha fabric.

Each set is individually handmade so no two are the same, making them your unique piece of bespoke jewellery made by a talented woman, who is trained from scratch to create a range of jewellery for us.

An ethical gift for a loved one or friend, you can present them with the socially conscious journey as well as these beautiful additions to their accessories.

Pair the Sienna recycled Kantha statement earrings with the Quadira recycled sari range for colour all the way, or with any of the gold range for the paired down look.

No two pieces are the same and exact colours and textile patterns will vary, making the pieces truly unique.

WHAT MAKES ME SPECIAL?

Our ethical partner is a social entrepreneur in Delhi, who worked as a designer for many years before establishing her socially-conscious jewellery business in 2003. She has now trained and employed 500 women from the surrounding villages to enable them to work from home, in a self-help group, whilst looking after their children. The company's mission is "To empower women by providing fair wages and creating beautiful, handmade, high quality and unique accessories." The Sienna recycled Kantha statement earrings are certainly all these things and like our whole range, come from a good place.

PLEASE NOTE

Please note that our jewellery is lead, cadmium and nickel free and will tarnish more quickly if in contact with chemicals such as perfumes, lotions, soaps etc.
