Your satisfaction is important to us and we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided that the item returned is unused and in the same condition received, with any tags still attached and with all original packaging.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Non-returnable items: We are unable to accept the return of earrings unless faulty, due to hygiene reasons. We cannot accept returns on sales items or on any discounted slight seconds products.
All Hot Haveli products are photographed by us in-house and we aim to represent the product with the image as closely as we can. Device and computer screen resolutions do vary, however, so if you would like to check the colour of a product before purchase, please do email us at email@example.com
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We ask that you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of the return and reason.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Please, therefore, use adequate packaging to protect your package during transit. Once we have received the return we will issue a full refund minus the original delivery charge. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is deposited.

Exchanges & Charges
We can exchange your order if you would prefer a different colour or size, as long as the item in question is in stock, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Our returns policy complies with The Distance Selling Regulations.
In the case of exchanges, a re-delivery charge at our standard rate will apply. We will, of course, refund delivery charges if there has been an error on our part or if the item received is faulty.
Our products are all handmade by artisans in India. Each item will be different and may come with small nuances, which we believe add to their character and tell the story of the crafting process. Where items are listed as vintage, they will have signs of wear, small marks and variation in colour which we believe add to their uniqueness and vintage beauty. Unfortunately, creative manufacturing faults can sometimes happen, so if you believe an item to be faulty or it is not the item you have ordered we are happy to offer a full refund, once we have received and inspected the returned goods. Please email us within 5 working days if you believe the item you have received to be faulty.
If you have a change of mind and wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If your goods have not already been dispatched we will cancel your order and process a refund. In cases where the order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the goods to us in order that we can process a refund. The cost of delivery will not be refunded in this instance.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate (free at your post office) be obtained when returning any item.
